Most people will have these items at home to make this quick chili. All you need is beans which i know everyone has tuck in the back of their pantry. Tomato sauce , carrots, celery, spices, and ground turkey or beef if you want . If you do not have these ingredients , its ok to customize all you want , beans and tomato is what is the core of the chili after that add or subtract all you want.This is a dump and go recipe it is that easy!! Dump everything in a pot and allow it to simmer away. .
One can kidney beans
One can black beans ( or two cans of kidney beans or whatever type of beans you have available ) ( RINSE YOUR BEANS )
One can tomato sauce (chunky is the best)
2 celery stalks
4 cloves garlic
1 yellow pepper (optional )
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Chili flakes
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Cumin
Dice all vegetables . Onion goes in a pan over medium heat until onions are translucent once this happens add garlic until it become fragrant. Now add celery, carrots, peppers. Add spices and flavour to your needs. Wait 3-5 minutes or dance to your favorite Rihanna song. Once you are done dancing, dump the beans in and tomato sauce . If tomato sauce does not cover vegetables and beans , you can add some water or if you have another can of tomato sauce go ahead and dump it. Allow the chili to become nice and hot about 20 minutes . Voila! Chili is ready!
